Locker Rentals/Day Use Policy:
Members not staying at the Lodge may make full use of the Lodge when the Lodge is opened for paying overnight members and guests. The bootroom, however, may be accessed at any time, and is secured by a keypad lock. The access code to the keypad is available on the ASCNY website under “Lodge”.
Locker rentals are great for day users or anyone with multiple pairs of skis and associated gear they wish to store at the Lodge. The boot room is not for storing skis and associated gear! Please respect our shared space by removing your gear or stowing it in a locker when not in active use. Day-users and weekend visitors should not leave gear in the boot room for more than a week.
The charge for locker rental/ day use is $100/year. Contact reservations@ascny.org to request a rental. There are a limited number of lockers available for rent, on a first-come, first-served basis. At the end of the season, please remove all belongings if you will not be rolling over into the next year. Rentals are automatically renewed. Please notify reservations@ascny.org by April 30th if you would like to discontinue your locker rental for the subsequent ski season.
Upon request, day use access codes will be issued to members paying for locker rentals. Access is limited to the common bathrooms, the second-floor kitchen and living area and the locker area. Day users must respect the activities of any resident members and they must leave the Lodge as they found it including removing all garbage, closing the drapes and returning heat to lowest setting.
