Boot Room Etiquette / “Golden Rules”

Members will demonstrate hospitality, courtesy, kindness and respect to all other members, guests and the MRG community. 

Please let the spirit of the club and the Golden Rules guide your experience at the Lodge as you spend time with your own group, fellow members, and guests.

Boot Room

  1. Keep your belongings neat in the boot room and common areas.
  2. No ski boots are to be worn in the Lodge.
  3. Place all equipment in the racks and shelves.
  4. Place all coats and pants on the hooks.
  5. Members may not use the Boot Room for storage except when they are at the Lodge or in the Valley.
  6. Guests not staying overnight at the Lodge may not leave gear in the Boot Room overnight.
  7. Guest use of the Boot Room is limited to four days per season.
  8. Guests should be made aware of and follow the Golden Rules of the Lodge.

Boot Room and Lodge Day Use

  1. For access to the Lodge at times when there are no overnight guests, please see the Day-Use Policy that is posted on the Club website.
  2. Enjoy the kitchen and help with clean-up and loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
  3. Use of the common bathrooms and access to the lockers is permitted.
  4. Parking spaces in front of lodge are reserved for members staying at the Lodge. Feel free drop off at the Lodge but then park across the street in the MRG main lot. Do not park in the MRG employee spaces or block the flow of traffic in and out of the parking lot.
  5. Children age 10-and-under may not be left at the Lodge without a parent or designated chaperone.
  6. Rent a locker for the season if you would like to keep your gear at the Lodge for more than a week.
  7. Reminder: the Lodge is locked when no one is staying overnight.
